Slow Performance or High Memory Usage
If Kamili Mail feels slow: 1) Check how many accounts are connected — each adds sync overhead. 2) Large mailboxes (50,000+ messages) may take longer for initial sync. 3) Clear the local cache: Settings > Advanced > Clear Cache. 4) Ensure your device meets minimum requirements (4 GB RAM, modern browser). 5) Disable browser extensions that may interfere. 6) On-device AI features require additional processing power — disable if your device struggles. The desktop app generally performs better than the web version for power users.
