Email Not Syncing: Common Fixes

If emails aren't syncing: 1) Check your internet connection. 2) Go to Settings > Accounts and verify the account shows "Connected" status. 3) Try manual sync: click the refresh icon or press Shift+R. 4) For Gmail: re-authorize if the OAuth token expired (Settings > Accounts > Reconnect). 5) For IMAP: verify server settings haven't changed. 6) Check if your provider is experiencing outages. If the issue persists, contact support with your account ID and the affected email provider.
