Emails Going to Spam After Connecting

Kamili Mail doesn't modify your email provider's spam filters. If emails are going to spam: 1) Check your provider's spam folder directly (via Gmail web, Outlook web, etc.). 2) Kamili Mail syncs spam folders — check the Spam section in the sidebar. 3) Mark false positives as "Not Spam" in your provider to train their filter. 4) For sent emails being flagged: ensure SPF/DKIM records are configured if using a custom domain. 5) Kamili Mail supports DKIM signing for Business/Enterprise tiers with custom domains.
