Using Email Templates

Templates save you time on repetitive emails. Create a template in Settings > Templates with placeholder variables like {{name}}, {{company}}, and {{date}}. When composing, press T or click Templates to insert one. Variables are filled in automatically where possible or prompted for input. Free users can save up to 5 templates; Premium and above get unlimited templates. Templates sync across all your devices.
