How to Export or Delete Your Data

Kamili Mail supports full data portability: Export: Settings > Account > Export Data. You'll receive a ZIP file containing your account settings, connected accounts list, templates, and labels. Note: email content lives with your email provider, not Kamili Mail. Delete: Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all Kamili Mail data including sync state, preferences, templates, and AI models. Connected email accounts are unlinked but not affected. Deletion is irreversible and processed within 30 days per GDPR requirements.
